Hummus
2 or 3 cups garbanzo beans, cooked & drained
3 or 4 tablespoons tahini
1 or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, oil, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
Yield: 3 cups
